An expert chef, trained by the best.
Jum grew up in E-saan and holds dual British nationality. She trained as a chef at Leiths in London, one of the world's leading cooking schools.
She and her brother Joe opened Aubergine, a well-regarded French restaurant in Bangkok. They opened Pukka together in 2026.
At Pukka she cooks Mediterranean dishes and the E-saan food she grew up on, using prime ingredients.

We are on the water at Bo Put, five minutes from Fisherman's Village, looking across the lagoon to the Big Buddha. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, served on the terrace.
